ORDER

The present revision petition has been filed by the plaintiff in O.S.No.28 of 2023 on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Manapparai, seeking expeditious disposal of the above said suit.

2.A perusal of the records reveal that the suit has been filed for dissolution of marriage between the petitioner and the respondent herein. 1/3

3.It could be seen from "B" diary extract, that the written statement was filed by the respondent on 02.03.2024. The matter has been adjourned for the past 10 months for framing of issues.

4.Considering the above said facts, the learned Additional District Munsif, Manapparai, is directed to dispose of the suit on or before 31.12.2025. 5.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
