C.M.P.(MD) No.318 of 2026 in S.A.(MD)SR.No.58552 of 2025 K.MURALI SHANKAR,J.

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 135 days in representing the second appeal, challenging the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.13 of 2021 dated 18.02.2025 on the file of the Principal District Court, Dindigul, reversing the judgment and decree made in O.S.No.100 of 2015 dated 03.02.2021 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Vedasanthur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. Considering the reasons assigned and also the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the second appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
