ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner admits that he executed the sale deeds dated 20.07.2012 and 12.09.2012. However, he claims that the sketch had been illegally interpolated without his knowledge and that he was not a party to the inclusion of the sketch along with the sale deeds. In this regard, the petitioner has given a complaint dated 22.11.2021. Since no action was taken, this writ petition came to be filed.

3. On 19.01.2022, a learned Judge of this Court called upon the Additional Government Pleader to inform the outer date before which the representation would be disposed of.

4. When this writ petition was taken up today, the learned Additional Government Pleader informs the Court that till date, no order has been passed disposing of the said representation.

5. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law and pass final order within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Before passing any final order, the impleaded respondent will also be heard. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 2/4
