Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.GOKULRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Since the petitioner cannot mobilize the fund, the petitioner is unable to arrange the sureties. Hence, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.19825 of 2021 dated 14.12.2021.

3. In view of the same and considering the pandemic situation, time granted by this Court vide order dated 14.12.2021 in Crl.O.P (MD) No.19825 of 2021 is extended further for a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. sd/- 31/01/2022 / TRUE COPY / / /2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
