Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this Court to direct the Principal District and Sessions Judge (PCR Court) Trichy to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day of its presentation on merits and in accordance with law with respect to Cr No. 857 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent.

CRL MP(MD). No.453 of 2021 This court by its order dated 23.11.2020, in Crl.OP(MD)No.13222 of 2020 directed the petitioners to surrender before the trial Court within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were not in a position to surrender before the trial court within the time stipulated by this Court and seeks further time to surrender.
3. Considering the request made by the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned District and Sessions Judge (PCR Act Cases), Trichy, on or before 09.02.2021, failing which, the order passed by this Court, shall stand automatically cancelled, without further reference to this Court. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
