PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the impugned order bearing No.ATA No.550 (13) 2007, dated 02-09-2011 issued by the first Respondent Tribunal in so far as it relates to the reduction of damages levied under order, dated 04-04-2007 bearing No.M12/TN/20905/RO/MDU/Spl.Task/PDC/L.D/2007, issued by the Petitioner and quash the same.

For the same order, the petitioner Organization had already filed a writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.13602 of 2011 and the said writ petition was dismissed, vide order, dated 29.03.2021 and a writ appeal was filed which is pending. The petitioner is at liberty to proceed further based on the order that would be passed in the Writ Appeal.
