ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to issue No Objection Certificate for running Beauty Parlour and Haircut /Spa at D.No.61-P/31, East Mayana Road, Rajv Gandhi Nagar, Ramji complex, Virudhunagar District within a time frame by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.12.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has applied for the requisite licence from the local body. However, the local body would consider the same only after obtaining a no-objection certificate from the respondent.

3. In view of the above submission, the second respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's application in the light of R.D.C. No. TL/7530/2013, as published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 27.02.2019 and also in the light of Sections 373 of the Chennai City Municipal Corporation Act, 1919 and 299 of the Urban Local 2/4

Bodies Acts, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
