ORDER
For the very same impugned order inadvertently another writ petition was filed in W.P(MD)No.13603 of 2011. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition was dismissed, against which they have preferred an appeal. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition stands closed and the petitioner Organisation is at liberty to proceed after the disposal of the writ appeal. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
