This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the second respondent, dated 06.12.2024.

Without exhausting the appeal remedy, the writ petition cannot be entertained under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.
