2.Vigneshwari : Respondents PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner and as well as his family members without any legally sustainable complaint and to abide by the guidelines in D.K.Basu case in 1997 1 SCC 416.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner and as well as his family members without any legally sustainable complaint and to abide by the guidelines in D.K.Basu case in 1997 1 SCC 416.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submits that on the complaint given by the second respondent petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
