O R D E R

Seeking a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and not to conduct Katta Panchayat, under the guise of enquiry based on the representation dated 23.06.2015, the present petition has been filed.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions, would submit that the enquiry is pending.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the meanwhile, the petitioner shall not be harassed by the respondents.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
