ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This court has granted interim bail on 22.07.2014 to the petitioner on the undertaking given by him to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- on 31.07.2014 to the defacto complainant. Thereafter, on 25.09.2014, the petitioner undertook to pay the balance sum of Rs.9 Lakhs to the defacto complainant on or before 31.12.2014. It appears that the petitioner has not complied with the same. On the short ground, this petition is dismissed.
