ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 22.12.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's wife is having illegal relationship with one Arunkumar, who abused the petitioner and also criminally intimidated and hence a complaint has been lodged on 22.12.2017 before the second respondent, but so far no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, CSR has been issued and enquiry also has been conducted and the enquiry reveals that the petitioner's wife has already filed a petition for divorce. Taking into consideration of the aforesaid facts the said complaint was closed.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy available under the law.
