ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the first respondent herein, under which orders were passed under Section 136 of Code of Criminal Procedure, permanently prohibiting the writ petitioner from drawing water from Survey No. 146/1B for commercial purposes.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, after the prohibition order, he is not drawing any water from the said survey number and he has stopped the said business.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents has submitted the written instructions from the Block Development Officer to the effect that, as on today, commercial extraction of underground water is not taking place in the said survey number. The said facts are recorded.

4. In view of the above said facts, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 14.09.2022 Index :
