ORDER
This Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence, but the second respondent is frequently calling the petitioner by saying some complaint has been pending against him and hence the second respondent is harassing the petitioner.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that no complaint has been received against the petitioner and hence the allegation that the petitioner has been frequently called for enquiry is false.
4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
