ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a B.T. Assistant (English) Teacher working in Government Kallar High School, seeking a mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent herein to issue No Objection Certificate (NOC) to get mutual transfer from the 4th respondent school to any other Government High School or Higher Secondary School in the School Education Department pursuant to G.O.Ms.No.73 dated 25.08.2022

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner had submitted a request for issuance of No Objection Certificate (NOC) to the 3rd respondent herein and the 3rd respondent has chosen to 2/4

forward the same to the 2nd respondent on 27.01.2025. So far, the 2nd respondent has not taken a decision on the proposal submitted by the 3rd respondent.

3. In view of the above said facts, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the proposal forwarded by the 3rd respondent on 27.01.2025 and pass orders within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations and directions. No cost.
