To present this Memorandum of Second Appeal against the Judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.50/1998, on the file of the Principal District Judge, Sivagangai, dated 16.12.1998 by reversing the Judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.28/1994 on the file of the District Munsif, Manamadurai, dated 17.02.1998.
