ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.886 of 2017.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.886 of 2017 under Section 380 of I.P.C., on 23.05.2017 and thereafter no steps has been taken in that matter.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the investigation is in progress and three months may be granted to file a final report.
4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from this date. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5.With the aforesaid directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
