This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records relating to the Impugned FIR in Crime No. 251 of 2025 dated 08.10.2025 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same.

The learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi by way of e-filing in No.TNTT070079792025 on 24.12.2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Trial Court is directed to take the Final Report on file forthwith.
