ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.2110 of 2017 by the Sessions Court at Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District.

2.Submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side are considered.

3.According to the prosecution, charge sheet has not been filed. Further, the District Court modified the condition earlier to the extent that the petitioners were directed to appear before the concerned Court monthly once i.e., on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. vide order dated 19.06.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.2110 of 2017.

4.Hence, the reasons stated by the petitioners for relaxing the condition are not having any merits. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
