Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the third respondent from transferring the petitioner from Shop No.7612, Puliyal Village, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District under the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.a9/1275/2020 dated 12.11.2020 on the file of the third respondent.

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The impugned notice is the show cause notice wherein the petitioner has also given his explanation on 14.12.2020. The apprehension of the petitioner is that pending the consideration of the explanation, the petitioner might be transferred from the present shop in which he is working to some other shop.

W.P.(MD) No.1296 of 2021 petitioner. The said statement is hereby recorded. As such, the petitioner may not have any further grievances.
