ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A5 in Crime No.474 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.07.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 3(1)(a), 4(2)(c), 6(1)(a) ITP Act and 354(c) and 370 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.

2.According to the prosecution, the accused has brought and detained three ladies in the house of the petitioner to run brothel and they also attempted to take obscene pictures also. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second accused has taken the house of the petitioner on lease on the monthly rent of Rs.25,000/- and he was not aware of the offence committed by A1 to A4. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated on the basis of the confession of A4 viz., Rajesh. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) opposed this application contending that the petitioner has leased out his house to other accused for the purpose of running a brothel and A1 to A3 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ are still absconding.

5.Considering the fact that, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
