JUDGMENT
This Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal has been preferred against the order and decretal order of the First Appellate Court dated 1/4
23.11.2023 passed in C.M.A.No.21 of 2023 on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Tenkasi, confirming the order and decretal order of the Trial Court dated 27.02.2023 passed in H.M.O.P.No. 74/2021 on the file of the learned Sub Court, Sankarankovil. 2.The matter was earlier referred before mediation. In the process of Mediation from 02.12.2024 to 07.02.2025, the parties, with the assistance of the mediators, arrived at an amicable solution resolving their disputes and indifferences, and the husband has already paid an amount of Rs.65,00,000/- (Rupees Sixty Five Lakhs only) by way of demand draft in the name of the respondent wife, Vijay Lakshmi, as one time alimony on her behalf and on behalf of her minor son, namely, Vishnusankar.
3.The respondent has agreed to withdraw the domestic violence case in DVC No. 1 of 2019 on the file of the Additional Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, and O.P.No.2 of 2020 on the file of the Sub Court, Sankarankovil. The terms of the Mediation report shall be part and parcel of this order. In view of the same, the marriage, which was solemnized on 23.01.2013 at Tiruchendur Murugan Temple, between 2/4
the appellant and the respondent is dissolved. 4.Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
