O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed seeking for a Mandamus, to direct the respondents to pay the payment due to the petitioner's company for the execution of tender project work of procurement of consultancy services for Feasibility project study in Formation Kumbakonam Bye Pass Road Km 0/0-9/420, tender work order dated 03.03.2014 for sum of Rs.1,57,800/- and direct the respondents to refund the petitioner's company Earnest money deposit of Rs.80,500/- with 9 % interest w.e.f. 2015 any other relief deem fit and proper of this Court.

2. Upon instructions, the learned Government Advocate produced a proceedings in R.C.No.137/2020/A3, dated 03.02.2020, as per which the petitioner herein has received the amount due from the respondents.

3. The petitioner also has given a receipt dated 03.02.2020 acknowledging a sum of Rs.32,000/- and there is no further balance recoverable from the respondents.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
