ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based upon the complaint given by the third respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the third respondent is wife of the petitioner and she gave a false complaint and based on the said complaint the case was registered in Crime No.14 of 2017 under Sections 498-A, 406 of IPC, Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act,1961. He further submitted that the petitioner got Anticipatory Bail in that case. Thereafter, again the third respondent gave another complaint and based on the second complaint, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that since the third respondent has lodged a second complaint and CSR also issued and only in that complaint, for enquiry, the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

was called and subsequently the said complaint has been closed on 24.01.2018 itself and hence the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
