ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner had filed this Writ Petition seeking direction against the second Respondent to take appropriate steps based on the Petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2023. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions of the Respondents 1 and 2, submits that no complaint had been received till date. He relied on the typed set of papers filed by the Petitioner, wherein it is stated that the Petitioner had sent a complaint through registered Post to the addresses of Inspector, Economical Crime and South Circle, Police Thalavar. Therefore, it has not reached the Respondents 1 and 2 herein. The address on the postal cover is different from the address, wherein the Respondents 1 and 2 herein are the jurisdiction Police Officers.

3.Considering the fact that the Petitioner herein had given a complaint to the persons not connected with the jurisdiction, where the Petitioner is residing, 2/4

this Court cannot exercise any discretion under Article 226 of the Constitution of India directing the Respondents 1 and 2 to take action based on the complaint, which she is alleged to have given to some other addresses through registered Post.
