This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.68 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.68 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent has been completed and the respondent No.1 laid the charge sheet before the concerned Magistrate and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.162 of 2016.
