ORDER
Seeking to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the petition in C.S.R.No.864 of 2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent to some other police, this criminal original petition is filed.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he had lodged a complaint to the 2nd respondent, for which C.S.R.No.864 of 2025 had been issued and the complaint was lodged as against the 3rd respondent. However, there is no progress in the inquiry or investigation and hence, the petitioner had sent the representation dated 08.12.2025 to the 1st respondent to transfer the enquiry on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other police officer.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that already enquiry conducted and closed on 27.11.2025. 2/4
