ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 09.10.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that when the petitioner went to Manapparai to see the relatives, the proposed accused person way laid the petitioner at Manapparai Bus Stand and abused him and criminally intimidated him and hence the complaint was lodged on 09.10.2017, but so far no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, CSR has been issued and thereafter, it was found that the dispute is with relating to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

family dispute and hence the complaint has been closed. 4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy available under the law.
