The present writ petition has been filed challenging seizure order passed by the second respondent/Bank, under which the Tractor belonging to the petitioner was seized due to default in the loan amount.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would like to settle the issue with the Bank. Hence, no further orders are required in the writ petition.
