Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARUNRAJ.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16803 of 2021 dated 02.11.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) also admitted the same.

4. Since the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed.
