ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners, to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.139 of 2016.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioners, the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.139 of 2016 under Sections 120(b), 465, 467, 468, 471, 420 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., on 26.03.2017 and thereafter no steps has been taken in that matter.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the investigation is in progress and two months time may be granted to file a final report.

within a period of two months from this date. 5.With the aforesaid directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
