(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the detenue died during the pendency of the Habeas Corpus Petition, which was also acknowledged by the learned
Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. Since the detenue died during the pendency of the Habeas Corpus Petition, the detention order stands abated. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed. (M.S.R.,J.)
