ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.S.Vaigunth, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner/accused to relax the condition, which was imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.3132 of 2019 dated 28.02.2019.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, this Court, in the aforesaid order directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the petitioner is regularly appearing before the respondent police from 17.04.2019 onwards. He further submitted that the petitioner from the date of executing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

bond i.e. from 17.04.2019, the petitioner is a native of Chennai and he is not able to appear before the respondent police at Madurai, daily at 10.30 a.m and therefore, the said relaxation petition has been filed.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has fairly conceded that the petitioner has complied with the condition from 17.04.2019 onwards without any deviation.

5.Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this petition is allowed and the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
