For Respondent : Mr.S.Manikandan, Government Advocate PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.331 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 354(C), 294(b), 352 and 506(i) I.P.C., on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and assaulted her and also threatened her with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and prayed the petition to be allowed.

5.It is seen that the offences are bailable in nature. Hence, the petitioner is directed to approach the trial Court.
