ORDER:- Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.K.GOPALAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, Government Advocate for the respondent(s), this Court made the following order:

This Petition has been filed by the petitioners, seeking extension of time to surrender and execute sureties before the III Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Madurai, as per the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4908 of 2019, dated 02.04.2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents.

3.Considering the submission made on either side, time granted by this Court vide order dated 02.04.2019, made in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.4908 of 2019, is extended further for a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
