ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner and the fourth respondent are husband, who are residing at Qutar. Due to harassment, the fourth respondent came to India and now, she is in her mother's home. At the time of enquiry, the petitioner's mother had stated that her son is in Qutar and they did not harass the fourth respondent/daughter-in-law. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is in India and he is ready to appear before the respondent police on receipt of summons.

4.Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to 2/4

issue summons to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, the petitioner is directed to appearing before the second respondent. 4.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
