PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned orders issued by the third respondent in his proceedings bearing G.O.(2D)No.2, G.O.(D).No.231 & G.O.(2D)No.1, Health and Family Welfare Department, dated 18.01.2010, 18.03.2010 and 18.01.2013 and quash the same and consequently directing the third to fifth respondents to upgrade the postings of the petitioners as Reader/Professor respectively by promotion in accordance with the list of teaching staffs submitted by the fourth and fifth respondents before the Central Council of Indian Medicine and to fix the scale of pay and grade pay of applicable to the post of readers as per the regulations of CCIM.
