ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.438 of 2014. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.438 of 2014 under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 427 and 506(ii) I.P.C., on 28.12.2014, but so far a final report has not been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after completing the investigation the case has been referred as "Mistake of Fact" on 11.01.2015. But no report has been filed to that effect.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate, after serving RCS Notice to the petitioner. It is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy available under the law.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
