(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) The prayer in this suo motu writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the concerned Police authorities to register the FIR, transfer of investigation to CBI for conduct of impartial investigation.

Today, when the writ petition was taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader submitted that charge sheet has been filed and it has been taken on file in S.C.No.444 of 2023 on the file of the VIth Additional District and Sessions Court, Madurai, and the said case has been posted to 09.04.2025 for charge framing. 3/6

In view of the above submission, no further orders are required to be passed in this suo motu writ petition. Accordingly, this Suo Motu Writ Petition is disposed of directing the learned Judge at VIth Additional District and Sessions Court, Madurai, to expedite the trial and dispose of the case as early as possible. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
