RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to pass an order of relaxation, to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner vide order dt.5/12/2022 made in Crl.MP (MD)No.15119/2022 in Crl.OP(MD)No.15655/2022 on the file of this Honble High Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEYAKARTHIK M S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 05.12.2022 made in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.15119 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.15655 of 2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

CRL MP(MD) No.1074 of 2023 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.15119 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.15655 of 2022, dated 05.12.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the first Saturday of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
