ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's son namely Harish @ Hariharan was running a business in the name and style of JPVM and since the said business went on loss, he has closed the said business and also left the petitioner's house and that being so, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner demanding to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the customers of the petitioner's son.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that no complaint is received against the petitioner and the petitioner was not at all called for enquiry and hence the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise.
