The present petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner. 2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the complaint lodged by the third respondent with the second respondent was registered in CSR.No.3 of 2021 and after enquiry, it was closed on 06.01.2021. 3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
