ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 29.06.2015 and investigate the same and file a final report within a stipulated time.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions submitted that petition enquiry is pending.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also directed to register the F.I.R., if cognizable offence is made out, in pursuant to the enquiry conducted.
