************ This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar, Virudhunagar District to split up the case in S.C.No.37 of 2010 pending on his file in respect of the petitioners and further direct him to expedite and complete the same after splitting up within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioners were acquitted vide judgment dated 23.12.2014 in respect of S.C.No.37 of 2010 and in view of the judgment passed on 23.12.2014, nothing remains for further adjudication in this matter.

4.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
