PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.188 of 2024 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 296(b), 109, 351(3) and 49 BNS (hereinafter referred to as new penal code) in Crime No.188 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Three earlier anticipatory bail petitions filed by the petitioner were dismissed by this Court on merits. This Court does not find any ground to entertain this petition.
