ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.107 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent Police Station.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the above said complaint was closed and Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel "as further action dropped". Further, RCS notice was also served to the second respondent/defacto complainant.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
