ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.182 of 2014 and file a final report at early.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that even though the respondent registered a case in Crime No.182 of 2014 under Sections 464, 465, 466, 467, 468, 471 and 420 I.P.C., on 13.06.2014, so far the respondent has not filed a final report.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the case is under investigation and he seeks three months time to file a final report.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from this date. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
