CRIME NO.4 OF 2018 ... RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.1919 of 2019 in Crl.OP(MD) No.2007 of 2019 dated 05.03.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.RAMASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1919 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2007 of 2019, dated 05.03.2019.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
