The Writ Petition has been directed against the E-Auction Sale Notice, dated 09.12.2021, issued by the respondent bank, fixing the date and time of sale as 27.01.2022, at 3.00 p.m. 2.Mr.N.Dilipkumar, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the respondent submitted that the sale could not be held for want of bidders and hence, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.872 of 2022 infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed. No costs.
